Are there any early warning signs that a woman will be going into labor soon?? (other than her water breaking and the bloody show thing).
I have been leaking down there for the past 2 days.... could that be my water?

I'm 39 weeks, and my nurse told me that diarrhea and flu-like body aches could be symptoms, just as much as the bloody show of the mucous plug and increased discharge as well as your water breaking. If you have any concerns about creepy aches and pains, just go to the hospital. The worst thing they'll do is monitor you for about an hour then send you home, and there's nothing to be embarrased about. Trust me, I went a week ago just because I was cramping really bad and got scared. I felt like a geek, but at least I know now that me and my baby are okay. This is my first child, so I think I'm just as clueless as you are (no offense), my main objective is to be patient, I will KNOW when I'm in labor and so will you! GOOD LUCK!

This is for digital image editing. If you're going to draw freehand, this baby will do that easily. There's so many features, it's going to take me a while to use them with ease!

I wanted to check out a digital graphics tablet, for my Photoshop. I thought, hey, this isn't too expensive to see if I want a better one.

It works as good as the expensive ones!

All you need is a 3 inch by 4 inch space on the tablet. Your monitor is your drawing board.

Im not a creep, im just really bored!!

I am 20. I live with my 23 year old boyfriend! We are very happy together and are planning to get married soon! We have 3 little kittens name Josie, Farrah, and Penelope (we call her Penelopuss)! I come from a family of 6; 2 brothers, one sister. I am originally from California, but my family moved to Layton, Utah when I was 7. I've lived in Utah ever since then, and currently live just outside of Salt Lake City, on the west side of the valley.

I have my own house which I share with two cats. I work for a large bank, in their ATM department, where I monitor the atms all day, and dispatch service when they run out of cash or break down.

I'm also a bit of a computer geek. I used to work at Cisco Tech Support in their IOS and VPN department, so I tinker arond with computers and networking as a hobby.

I enjoy audio and video production, have gone to school to be a radio announcer, but as of yet, have never held a job in that field. Back in the late 80's/early 90's, I worked for a video tape duplication company. One of our clients, for a while, were the producers of Barney The Dinosaur. It used to be my job to sit at the quality control desk every night and watch Barney videos over and over again until I was sick of them! (I don't think I've ever recovered, either.)

I've never married, I don't have any kids.

I enjoy music, camping, electronics, and traveling. I also enjoy studying people; they can be fascinating sometimes.

I let my friend (coworker) who owns an iPhone 5 use my Note 2 just to compare, and showed him how to use it.

I then asked him why people prefer iPhone 5 over the customization that Android gives. He had no answer to that (he did attempt to say that the iPhone was simpler to use, and I described that the it was true that even babies could use the iPhone, but the Android only takes a day to customize to ones wants and needs), just that he never knew Android had gotten so good. He then offered to trade me his iPhone 5 and a gaming screen he had previously used for his triple monitor setup. I stoutly declined.

This sounds like I'm just trying to spite you because even if the events that I have just tried to describe are false (and they are not), they are impolite.

So I won't educate you on the benefits of the Note 2, and Android as an OS, and why I'm not here to start a war, but merely to inform you that iPhone is definitely starting to fall off as a feature full phone every generation. Every generation, the iPhone is declining. I won't speak of it anymore, and just try answering your question without killing myself over how much a tech geek like me needs to tell you how much better Android is. All you have to do is research and use google anyway if you wanted to know, right?

So about iPhone on T-mobile. You probably won't be seeing the iPhone 5 likely appear in next month. After that, they will be very eager to get the iPhone 5 if they truly are considering offering the iPhone 5 (they already offer the Galaxy Note 2, though... OOPS what am I saying?!?!). So around 3-4 months? Yep very likely.

But don't buy a phone on a contract. You will end up paying more. Do you wonder why contracts lock you in and lower the price on phones? It's not really because they want you to stay (well yes they do), but that they gain a better profit anyway. They lock you into a plan that is very bad compared to prepaid plans so every month you will be shelling out tons more money for tons less service. Let's say you pay $90 every month for the same service you get at $49... There you go. 2 year contract = 12+12 = 24 x 40 = 960. You will be shelling out an extra $960 along with the small fee you payed with the phone when you signed your contract ($200 maybe?).

See, I'm just trying to educate you on what choice you should take: prepaid.

Prepaid? Look at Straight Talk, Solavei, T-mobile Prepaid (hidden because they like you using contracts), there are many great options. Check them out.

My internet has been out for three weeks. There have been brief periods when it's working 100% on all devices. I've changed routers three times - same problem with each one. Cable provider has been out - they say all good on their end. I had the Geek Squad out too, but they arrived during one of those brief periods when everything was working.

Could someone be jamming my wifi? I just Googled wifi jammers and apparently they exist because I came across a web page that sells them.

Is there a way to detect if someone's using one in my area?

You can download an application called a WiFi Sniffer. This will show you all the wireless networks available in your area, and include more detailed information than your OS will tell you. I've used NetStumbler and Xirrus WiFi Inspector. They should tell you what network you are connected to and what channel your router is on. Next look to see if there are any other networks in the area on the same channel. If so, you could be experiencing co-channel interference. This happens when wireless devices (such as router and access points) are in the same area and operate on the same channel. Change your channel to lesser used channel (1,6, or 11) with a weaker signal. If your devices support 5 GHz, you might also try that.

Also, there are other devices that operate in same frequency band as most WiFi devices. These include microwave ovens, cordless phone, and baby monitors. The Sniffers only work with WiFi devices, it won't tell you about nonWiFi interference sources. There is hardware and software that will do that, but it has a high price tag.

I doubt someone has a WiFi jammer. If they did, its possibly illegal (subject to local laws). In the US, the 2.4 GHz range is unlicensed, and while a device operating on that frequency IS required to accept any signal, you may NOT operate a device with intention of causing interference. If I had to bet, its interference from nearby sources, check the WiFi scanners I suggested.

Hello fellow experienced DJ's and other audio geeks..

I'm a DJ, that has been DJing for several years..However, my gigs are usually in stages that have professional 30,000 watt systems built in, and no speakers are required..But I wanna start mobile DJing for parties, and weddings and such. My budget is some-what low for the beginning, but i'll be building up money to buy some quality gear!

I'm stuck in a conclusion right now, and I'm debating which speakers to get.

Now, I'm a big car audio junky, and I know when it comes to the name 'pyle' the first thing that comes into my mind is 'Pyle of sh*t.'
BUT WAIT. These speakers have great reviews, and I heard a lot of good things about these!
But the question is, will they be loud enough for a party of under 100 people? Or maybe under 50 people?

Now, my second look is the Behringers! Yes, German bands! My favorite!
They're known for the best PA speakers ever made! But, are these actually gonna be loud enough? I feel like these are more for 'monitors' and etc. These also look a lot better, but the thing that matters is..is it loud enough?

Lastly, I know a lot of people are gonna mention a 'amplifier.' Well, I already own a 1,000 Watt RMS Amplifier, that can power these babies..and I also have a 12" Kenwood Subwoofer with 400 Watt RMs power rating, and 1,200 Watt Peak.

I'm looking for the best opinion on the speaker, or maybe link me another speaker that is $130 or less?

Get the Pyle Pros as I said in my other answer. The Behringers are good speakers but they are not big enough for DJing. You will need a pretty big car or truck to carry the Pyle Pros.

I used to be in foster care in almost all my life. I'm 24 now. I'm asking in the Teen section since many kids end up in foster care by their teen years.

Being a foster kid, I was always PUNISHED & overly sheltered. The foster family figured I needed to be MONITORED 24/7, even after I turned 18. They were very abusive, & they damaged my self-esteem by telling me that they should've left my nasty, filthy, dirty butt where they found me. I was only a couple of months old! Would you expect a 2-month old baby to take a bath? No. Why are they making it like it's MY fault I was dirty?

My birth family is & was abusive too. My birth family have no respect for me since they didn't know me all their lives, but somehow both the foster & biological family treat my twin sister better because she strives for popularity & I was the geek. My biological niece told me that she doesn't give a $hit about me because I had just recently came into her life.
Everyone hates me! What's your experience?

I was in care from age 7 until I aged out at 18. It sucked. I lived in many homes and group homes and no one cared about me. My bio-parents had their rights terminated fairly quickly because they were abusive people. No one adopted me, they just kept moving me and telling me I was bad. Some foster homes were just as bad as my bio-parents. Most only wanted me for the $$ or so I could do stuff for them. I only had one family that was really interested in me and they moved and left me to be bounced to another foster home.

Now as an adult, I am a mess. At 18, I was kicked out of the system with nothing. No money, no family, no education. I did not get on my feet until I was about 26. And now, I still have lots of problems.

I think alot of foster kids get told all bad shit about them. Because no one really cares about us. Everyday I wish I was dead...

In real life, I never tell anyone I was a foster kid. They say "What is wrong with you?" or "What did you do?"....like a little kid did something to get into foster care??????

I am sorry for you. It is good to be a geek. You can make something of yourself! Don't let them get to you.

Holy crap! 800watts/1600peak? Enough to BLOW AWAY 100 people, lol :)

The general rule of thumb (Ive research this a lot as I DJ at weddings etc) is about 4watts per person.
100 people = 400 watts.

The Pyle have 2 woofers, lower to the ground. the behringer only has 1, and the behringer will be used high up on a stand (thats what they were intended for), so there isnt going to be much bass unless hooked up with your subwoofer. So the Pyle will have more bass out of the box.

However both the Pyle and Behringers are 8ohm. This will not get as much power from the amp, many amps push out the most power at 4ohms (some even run on 2ohms but these are more rare).

At 8ohms of speaker resistance you will get about half the rated full power from an amp.
And you DO NOT want the amp to be running at 100%, maybe 75%, so if the amp is 1000w continuous, then it might be 2x500@4ohms / 2x250@8ohms, and you want to be using it at about 75% to avoid it dying or killing your speakers, so youd be getting about 180-200watts per channel.

I repeat, If you strain your amp to try and drive bigger speakers, this is more risk to the amp of overheating/clipping, and clipping can mean blown speakers (doesnt matter how high their rating). Despite what many believe, it is better to have an amp that is bigger than the speakers, but only use it at at lower volumes, keeps the sound clear, avoids clipping, and keeps the amp running cool.

With 8 ohm speakers, you can wire them up in parallel to create 4ohms resistance to the amp (less resistance) which means the amp can push out more power, but I would advise against this until you have done lots of research and understand how it all works. Doing this, you could wire up 2 speakers (or more) on a channel of the amp, lowering the resistance and getting more power (spread across the speakers of course). Ideally, if your subwoofer is an 8ohm, buy another one of 8ohm, and wire them up with the speakers in parallel mode.
So with 2 x 8ohm subs and 2 x 8ohm speakers, the subs (any decent ones anyway) have a high level cutoff, meaning they play the bass sounds, and only output the mid/high frequencies to the speakers, meaning better quality sound as the speakers are only playing certain frequencies.
SO, if the subs have mid/high outputs for speakers:
you wire the amp channel 1 to sub 1, and wire sub 1 to speaker 1.
you wire the amp channel 2 to sub 2, and from sub 2 to speaker 2.

This would mean (if the amp is 2x500@4ohms) you are getting full power, divided by 4 speakers. So the sub is getting 250w each, and the speakers are getting 250w each. Again, do not drive the amp at full power!! This could damage the beringers (rated at 200w continous) and damage the amp by working it too hard, they are not intended for use at 100%, but you should use them with "headroom", eg a bigger amp to be used at lower volumes)
For 100 people you can drive the amp at say 50%, having about 500w total output, more than enough and still room for more volume if you did bigger gigs in future. Once you find yourself using it at 75%, time to start thinking of upgrades!

If you think this is a possibility of having lots more people in the near future, maybe go for the Pyle, but according to reviews, the build quality isn't that great! More chance of them being damaged, either by the amp/clipping or being moved around.

Complicated at first, I had to read a few times and read other articles on the net. Easy once you get the hang of it.

Tough choice and I dont want to tell you what you should be buying. Im just trying to give you the info you need to make an educated choice and to be aware of how much power you *actually* get (and need).
According to reviews, for the better built speakers are the Behringer.
But this doesnt have as much room for a bigger amp in future. If you wanted more watts, youd probably want more speakers. of course you could use the behringers as monitors, or just push more power to the subs and keep the behringers at around 200W.

If you go for the behringers, use them on stands (the mids and high frequencies are meant to be higher up so the people dont absorb the sound), and the subs on the floor, as bass travels through objects and you cant tell where bass is coming from very well).

1 last thing. If your sub is 4 ohm by any chance. You could use this on 1 channel of the amp, and wire up 2 x 8ohm speakers on the other channel to create 4 ohms on that side too, so the amp is pushing out against 4ohms on both channels, thus getting more power from it.

How to fix my new computer Internet?

I just got a Samsung Notebook Series 5 and it was a certified open box from Geek Squad which means they made sure everything was working properly before they sold it and when I brought it home and tried to go on the Internet it didn't work. My sister was using the same wifi and her computer was working just fine. So, I went to the control panel and clicked on troubleshooting for the Internet connection and it said there was a broken cable. I don't see any broken cable. It maybe internal in the actual laptop. The only time the Internet works is when I first turn it on and the longer lm on it or the more tabs I open up, the Internet stops working. I already brought it in TWICE to Geek squad and they haven't done sh** to fix it and I'm ready to just get a new computer. It's still within its warranty so they have been looking at it for free and I think that's maybe why they aren't doing anything. -.- I just really want to get it fixed! Can I do anything? Or do I just need a new computer?

When the computer tells you the cable is broken or disconnected, it is talking about the Ethernet LAN connection not the WiFi connection.

Most laptops have both Ethernet and WiFi adapters.

You could try connecting directly to your wireless router via a Ethernet cable.

You can get a stronger WiFi adapter that will improve your wireless range.

That being said,

Wireless signals are affected by many factors including distance, wall density, electrical interference, directional antenna range, etc.

All of these factors will affect your actual wireless range. As wireless connection quality varies the connection speeds are renegotiated. The WLAN connection may start at 150 Mbps and end up at less than 10 Mbps or drop entirely.

Note: The WLAN connection speed is only between the device and the router, you are still limited by your WAN Internet speed provided by your ISP.

Often signal strength (bars) displayed by your device can be misleading, WiFi interference can cause havoc with consistent speed. You can prove this fact by moving your WiFi device closer to the wireless router and retesting the speeds. http://speedtest.net Be sure the wireless router is not close to other electrical equipment that may interfere with the WiFi signal.

You should try to centrally locate your wireless router or gateway up high and away from dense walls and electrical and 2.4 GHz wireless interference such as microwave ovens, cordless phones, baby monitors, etc.

For serious gaming or video streaming your best bet is always a direct Ethernet connection. Ethernet is unaffected by wireless interference and will give you a rock solid, stable network connection.
