When will tmobile come out with the iPhone?

sockssoxs1

I have seen articles and reports that T-Mobile will carry apple products in the new year (2013). When can I expect to see the iphone 5 on T-Mobiles network?

thanks

Answer
I let my friend (coworker) who owns an iPhone 5 use my Note 2 just to compare, and showed him how to use it.

I then asked him why people prefer iPhone 5 over the customization that Android gives. He had no answer to that (he did attempt to say that the iPhone was simpler to use, and I described that the it was true that even babies could use the iPhone, but the Android only takes a day to customize to ones wants and needs), just that he never knew Android had gotten so good. He then offered to trade me his iPhone 5 and a gaming screen he had previously used for his triple monitor setup. I stoutly declined.

This sounds like I'm just trying to spite you because even if the events that I have just tried to describe are false (and they are not), they are impolite.

So I won't educate you on the benefits of the Note 2, and Android as an OS, and why I'm not here to start a war, but merely to inform you that iPhone is definitely starting to fall off as a feature full phone every generation. Every generation, the iPhone is declining. I won't speak of it anymore, and just try answering your question without killing myself over how much a tech geek like me needs to tell you how much better Android is. All you have to do is research and use google anyway if you wanted to know, right?

So about iPhone on T-mobile. You probably won't be seeing the iPhone 5 likely appear in next month. After that, they will be very eager to get the iPhone 5 if they truly are considering offering the iPhone 5 (they already offer the Galaxy Note 2, though... OOPS what am I saying?!?!). So around 3-4 months? Yep very likely.

But don't buy a phone on a contract. You will end up paying more. Do you wonder why contracts lock you in and lower the price on phones? It's not really because they want you to stay (well yes they do), but that they gain a better profit anyway. They lock you into a plan that is very bad compared to prepaid plans so every month you will be shelling out tons more money for tons less service. Let's say you pay $90 every month for the same service you get at $49... There you go. 2 year contract = 12+12 = 24 x 40 = 960. You will be shelling out an extra $960 along with the small fee you payed with the phone when you signed your contract ($200 maybe?).

See, I'm just trying to educate you on what choice you should take: prepaid.

Prepaid? Look at Straight Talk, Solavei, T-mobile Prepaid (hidden because they like you using contracts), there are many great options. Check them out.

Turtle Beach Tango Issue with bluetooth?

Q.

sooo, early this year i bought the Tangos because my old headset was destroyed by my own stupidity.... anyway, now whenever I try to talk in them it you can barely understand me because it comes out in a static sort of sound. The Tangos are new (as i bought them, so 3-5 months old), they've always have worked before today, I have tried "turning it on and off again", I looked at the TB website but their were no listings for this problem, the audio for games and such works fine, I can hear people, I tried to get dust out of the detachable mic part, I think somethings broken but I don't know what part specifically to replace. I figure/hope that the local community here that has a turtle beach or something knows. no other problems, just static when ever my bluetooth is on for it. NOTE: it might have something to due with internet connection as that seems to be going weird lately, due to too many devices on the internet at one time.

Answer
Same here; got tired of the blue masking tape holding my DPX-21's together. The EFT's are a major league upgrade and world of difference.

First, don't discount the obvious; make sure your Chat button settings are on Chat 1 or Chat Main (left earpiece). If that's good, then try flashing the firmware with the latest version (even if you're using the current one). If you've never updated, now's the time.

Make sure the cables on the transmitter are secured properly also.

The mikes on the EFT's are pretty hard to screw up, so I'd be looking at a firmware, software, or setting fix. If you haven't yet downloaded the firmware update, here's what you need to do:

1. Create a TB Community account:

http://www.turtlebeach.com/community/preset-community

2. Download and install the Tango Advanced Sound Editor and User Guide:

http://www.turtlebeach.com/assets/presets/tools/ASE_20130314.zip

http://www.turtlebeach.com/assets/presets/tools/ASE_UserGuide_2013_FINAL.pdf

3. Once installed, connect your EFT headset using the USB data cable (NOT the long power cable; they're marked), then start up the ASE program.

4. Click the âCheck for Firmware Updatesâ button and let it do its thing. The procedure is on page 6 of the ASE user guide.

Lastly, you can't rule out RF interference either. Make sure you haven't added any new electronics near the transmitter unit that can cause RFI; new cordless phone base, microwave (if you're a hardcore gamer), baby monitor, etc. Even a new Router; if you've installed a new Router or bridge, you may need to adjust the Channel frequency band to a higher offset frequency above 2.4ghz, which is what the BT frequency is. Remember, anything that can generate RFI will interfere with a BT transmission.

Worst case, call TB support - they're pretty good about taking care of customers who buy their high-end units. Did you get the freebie TB earbuds a couple of months ago as a bonus?

hi, I am 4 weeks 3 days preganant, LMP was 12/2/2013(without any doubt).Since day before yesterday i started having crampy lower abdomen pain for which i consulted my OBGYN, She urgent made me undergo the TVS which revealed pregancy of 5weeks 5days (no idea, how ?ultrasongraphist told me its all based on measurement , though I am pretty sure about my LMP dates) with the left side corpous leuteal cyst and just the gestational sac without fetal pole & no Yolk sac was visualised , which apparently should have been noticed till now according to the doctor,he told me tht he will repeat again the usg after 5-6days for the confirmation, ans it could me blighted ovum..on review with the my Gyanac, she told me tht we will go with the LMP dates as they r more realiable n will repeat the scan after 10 days. she is put me on complete bed rest with TAB SUSTEN 200MG & suggested that the crampy lower abdominal pain resembling PMS is all because of the corpus leuteal cyst and i might have to bare with it till my 1st trimester, she told me that with dates we don't expect anything more then the gestational sac at this moment.I have started with susten thrice daily, but i am too puzzled whom to believe and stressed out, as i am aware of the fact that that USG finding in early pregnancy are more accurate then the LMP.What should i do?please guide me properly,I can withstand the reality and be prepared for the worst, please guide me in proper way?is it blighted ovum? As far as i know that usg is always less than that LMP date, then why in my case it is coming more? I am to stressed, plz help me out asap..
its not December but 12th feb(LMP was 12th feb. 2013). No they didnt get any hcg levels checked.
thanx for those sweet words.but do u think its pretty okaay, my gestational sac measures 10mm acc to usg report?which makes its 5 weeks 5 days on the day when usg was done..though with lmp its just about 5 weeks now...here while surfing net i came across the fact that yolk sac develops when the gestational sac is over 8 mm.i m freaking out to the core.just keep on thinking about this all the day....

Answer
I really think your physician is worrying you too soon. We didn't see my baby until just about nine weeks! I had to turn down the D&C at seven and eight weeks. Yes, this may end in miscarriage but they really cannot know that for sure before nine weeks or so. Don't be afraid to get a second opinion. Also, keep in mind once the gestational sac is visualized, many doctors stop taking hCG levels because they can rise, plateau or drop and still be normal. Unfortunately, time is the only true test of a blighted ovum. Stay monitored and, as with any pregnancy, please be seen right away if there are complications. I do hope you get better news soon!

Oh, an just read your additional details. At my eight week ultrasound, my gestatational sac measured 21.5mm and looked completely empty. One week later at 28.5mm, they found my little one. Hang in there. Saying a prayer for you!

Diagnosed gestational diabetes yesterday and completely depressed :(?

It's Me

This is long, please excuse me.

I am approaching my late 30s and I took the 3 hour glucose test yesterday. My fasting blood sugar was perfect, but my other three reading showed that my body was not processing glucose as fast as it should (1st reading after an hour was 188, next one 2 hours later was 160, and I don't know what the third one was). I don't understand how I had such a perfect fasting score (89 out of a range of 80 to 110) and then everything go so wrong with the other scores to the point that I now have to have all the baggage of gestational diabetes.

I go see my OBGYN today to discuss what course of action we should take. This will be the first time she and I have talked after the crappy glucose results. I have no idea what is going to happen. I am afraid I will be required to have so many doctor's appointments that I will hardly be able to work (I don't have the kind of job where I can come in late or leave early). I know the health of myself and the child comes first, but I also have to consider the family that I already have. Plus, we desperately need to move into a bigger home before the baby is born. As of now, we would literally have no where to put him in the house we currently live in.

I also feel so cheated because this was the pregnancy that I tried to do things right. The only time I have eaten cookies or ice cream was in July! I actually tried to drink the required amount of water per day, and exceed it! I rarely eat candy, and I have spent a fortune on vegetables and fruits (I ate mostly vegetables because we grew some)! Well so much for all of that! I'm doing worse now than what I was when I ate honey buns and lasagna during a few previous pregnancies!!

I also fear that the rest of my pregnancy, labor and delivery will just be one big parade of medical interventions and medical requirements that will interrupt my life. I am afraid that they will use GD as an excuse to make my son's birth look more like a surgery to remove a cancerous tumor than a birth. I try to labor as naturally as possible, and if a lot of medical intervention and a c-section is the route that must be taken, as the last resort, then fine. I don't want to just be shoved down the medical intervention/surgery road without trying to avoid it first.

Please don't give me the "you have to do whatever necessary to have a healthy baby" routine, trite answer. I have had 2 miscarriages in a row, 4 in all. I already know that as well or better than most people.

Did anyone else feel this way? Do you feel you had a positive outcome?
I am right at 28 weeks pregnant. I had actually been monitoring my blood sugar at home (using an elderly person's glucose meter. She is an insulin dependent diabetic) and my blood sugar has NEVER been over 152. I told my OB's nurse that, and I will tell my doctor that today, but I don't think anyone will care. I am just afraid I will be out of work because I will be at either one kind of doctor or another throughout my pregnancy.

I will give an update tomorrow of what she says.

Answer
I have real diabetes, not gestational, and I think your idea of what diabetes and even gestational diabetes will entail is off the mark, aside from which yours is milder than you seem to think.

First of all, gestational diabetes has a lot to do with pregnancy hormones, and not so much with the regular risk factors of type 2 diabetes. What you ate doesn't much matter in terms of risk of gestational diabetes.
Second of all, if you weren't pregnant, those numbers wouldn't even qualify as diabetes, only impaired glucose tolerance which is a type of pre-diabetes (it has to go over 200 or else not come back down to under 125 for it to be diabetes). Those numbers would pose only a small increased risk even if they were what you had after every meal.
Third, those numbers didn't come after a normal meal, they came after a challenge- a lot of sugar. You may very well be able to avoid even those mild highs by simply not consuming that much sugar (or similar quantities of starch) at one time during your pregnancy. If you continue your good eating, those numbers that you saw might not happen again.
Fourth, with numbers like you had, if they don't get worse (and I don't know where you are in the pregnancy so I guess they might) there is no additional risk of birth defect, the risk to your health is minimal, and the only risks you're really looking at are an increased risk that the baby will be large for gestational age (which does increase the odds of a c section), an increased risk that the baby would have a low blood sugar right after he or she is born (which can be treated pretty easily), and a slightly increased risk for the child down the road of type 2 diabetes. That's ALL.

If you were running numbers like 150 before the meal and 350 after the meal (and that might sound high to you but it's not particularly unusual) that's when there'd be a really increased risk of stillbirth, miscarriage, and birth defects. The ADA's 2013 guidelines claimed that the risk of birth defects is, not increased for the children of diabetics if blood sugar average is below 150... and that average includes the hours you're asleep. If we assumed that you actually ran numbers like those after your normal meals (which I bet you don't), and ate three meals per day, then that's 6 hours per day with an average of not more than 180, and another 18 hours per day averaging about 90, for a daily average of 112.

At this point all it looks like you need is to not eat big problematic meals, and monitor blood sugar to see what happens. Treatment for gestational diabetes is diet with or without insulin. Contrary to what the previous poster said, none of the non-insulin medications are particularly recommended during pregnancy- metformin is approved during pregnancy for treatment of other issues, but trials have shown that it does not decrease blood sugar for gestational diabetes, and does not reduce risk of miscarriage, stillbirth, or birth defects, so I don't think there's much point.

Best place to buy a Bearded Dragon?

I've always been interested in buying a Bearded Dragon ever since my friend from long ago had one and allowed me to hold him. I fell in love! In the past I have bought snakes from Petco and a Reptile Store, but I have heard that the best place to buy a reptile is at a reptile show/expo. I heard their reptiles are healthier and that there is a better selection of the reptiles. Is this true? I definitely don't want to buy an unhealthy Bearded Dragon, and I don't want to pay an insane amount for it.

I live in Tulsa, Oklahoma and I believe we have a Reptile Show/Expo a few times a year. So, my main questions are: Where are best places to buy a reptile? What is the typical cost for a baby Bearded Dragon? Thank you.

Answer
We carry them on our website, and visit reptile shows all over the country every year.

Getting pregnant after ectopic?

Ashley

I am still healing after having an ectopic pregnancy in the one of my fallopian tubes. Unfortunately the tube couldn't be saved but I do still have both ovaries so my hormones are not very messed up from this experience. I am wondering if anybody has successfully got pregnant within a year after an ectopic. I am nervous that this is going to prevent us from having another baby!! Please share your experience!!

Answer
I haven't personally had this experience, and I am so sorry that you have! I did find these answers from other women online and I hope they help you. Good luck TTC!

Last edited 04/14/2010 Yes, it is possible for you to get pregnant right away. I had one 8 years ago(EP surgery) and about 2 months later I was pregnant. i was told that it doesn't matter how many tubes you have you still could conceive regularly with only 1 tube. I did.

Last edited 04/14/2010 I had surgery 2/22 and also lost my right tube. I got a + HPT for 3 weeks after that. My first - was on 3/17 and I got AF on 3/22, they didn't monitor my HCG since they took everything out there was no point. But hopefully yours is a true BFP, good luck...

Last edited 04/15/2010 I know how terrifying it is to get pregnant again after an ep. I had my ep in Nov 2007 and lost my left tube, I got pregnant again in Aug 2008 and was a nervous wreck until I saw the baby in the right spot with a heartbeat. I went on to deliver a healthy baby boy 9 months later. Good luck to you. Jayna..

posted 03/31/2013 I am SO sorry you had to go through this... you are not alone. My husband and I were devastated when we had an ovarian ectopic too. My friend suggested this book....'And Then You Were Gone', by Becky Avella. I would highly recommend this to anyone who went through this, my husband is now reading it too. It touched on exactly how I was feeling, I hope this can help you too!! xoxo "For I know what I have planned for you says the Lord. I have plans to prosper you, not to harm you. I have plans to give you a future filled with hope. " - Jeremiah 29:11

Are you in favor of killing babies born alive during abortions?

HORRIFIC: Testimony That Baby ‘Screamed’ During Live-Birth Abortion click the link below and see what it is like for the baby yes baby , its not a glob. http://www.mrconservative.com/2013/04/11004-baby-screams-during-live-birth-abortion. By the way Obama voted for this 4 times and is in favor of it.

Answer
If the baby comes out alive, it should immediately be taken and put up for adoption. If a baby comes out breathing and/or screaming, it is flat-out murder to end its life. I'm sorry. There really is no arguing that point no matter what side of the fence you are on the topic. Now how to ensure compliance? Well, you would think a medical doctor would already have the ethics to do this, but I guess not. I suppose a mandatory videotaping of all abortions or a live, real-time monitoring of them, and the criminal charging of doctors who kill live babies.

Answer
On February 1st, 2012, I was home for work not feeling well. My fiance left for work at 7am. At 10am, I got a call from his sister. He had been in a head on car crash and was air lifted to a hospital an hour and a half away from where I lived. The hospital had gone through his phone to find someone to call, and had first tried "mom" and "dad", but they were on a cruise in the Bahamas and didn't answer. Next they called "grandma" who gave them his sister's number, and she finally he called me. The accident had occurred just 5 miles from our home, and I was only just hearing about it now. I called my mom to give me a ride, as I was crying so much I knew there was no way I could drive. On the way I called the hospital to see if they could give me information. They said they couldn't say anything about his condition, but that I'd better get there fast, and then asked me what religion he was. I was absolutely convinced that he was going to die before I got there. When I finally did get there, he was in a coma with a fractured skull, broken neck, broken pelvis, and lacerated liver. His brain was swelling and they had to put a halo on him and a pressure monitor in his brain. We called our pastor and he came immediately to pray with us. I had never been so scared in my life. They planned a surgery to fuse the broken vertebrae in his neck, but they couldn't do it until his brain stopped swelling, so for now it was just sit and wait. I ended up getting a room at the place across the street from the hospital, and spent a week and a half just waiting, not knowing if he would have brain damage or be paralyzed. When the swelling finally went down and he started to wake up they did surgery which was successful. After surgery they finally removed his breathing tube and I got to talk to him. He couldn't move his right arm, but he could move everything else and he had no brain damage. After months of physical therapy, he regained movement in his right arm and got his halo off just in time for our wedding.

June 9th, 2012 we got married. Our pastor married us, the one who was there the night of his accident. It was very emotional, and I had never been so happy.

On September 19, 2012, I found out that I was pregnant with our first child. Since then we have just been going to doctor appointments, slowly putting the nursery together, and anticipating the birth of our baby in May 2013.

I'd say it was one hell of a year.

If a baby is born in the Tardis, on Doctor Who, When is it's birthday? Such saying, does River Song(Aka Melody Pond) Actually have a birthday?

Answer
I would assume they have an Earth Calender or the Tardis Monitors 'Earth Time" to remind them of how long they've been traveling as I thought The Doctor makes a point to drop them off a matching time after departure.. lest They noticably age over what would be a weekend to friends and coworkers on Earth if they're away a year or more

ie.. If they Leave on February 10th 2013 and are traveling for 7 days the Doctor would try to return them on Feb 17th 2013... thus despite visiting Planet X in the year Eleventy Jillion and 4 on day 2 when Baby is born... their B Day would be Feb 12, 2013
