First time dad here. Not a clue what a baby needs after the delivery. I know I need a baby car seat to drive him back, anything else? Thanks!

My son is now 15 months old. The days after his arrival at home were the most hectic ones I've had. I thought we were prepared, but you can't really over-prepare for a baby's arrival. Here are my two cents on what you need at minimum:
- diapers, diapers, diapers
- wipes, wipes, wipes
- waste basket or diaper pail for dirty diapers
- bottles and formula (even if you plan to breastfeed, just in case)
- bottle brushes
- alcohol and swabs (for cleaning cord)
- baby bath tub
- at least 4 receiving blankets
- at least 4 sets of baby clothes
- crib or bassinet
- at least one changing surface per floor at home
- baby monitor if he sleeps in his own room
- ready-to-eat food/drink for yourself (other than sleep, you won't have time for anything else. Stock up everything)
- arranging pediatrician's visit at hospital and 5 days after birth
- learn to handle baby alone so that both you and your wife can get more sleep
- if you plan to breastfeed, consult lactation specialists at hospital and buy your wife nursing bras
- buy a copy of "What to expect the first year"
- a few pacifiers (my son got by w/o it)
Of course, don't forget the camera/camcorders and baby book for his tiny footprints. Welcome to the sleep-deprived parenthood and enjoy it while you can! :-)

Video baby monitors with two receivers?

My husband and I are expecting our first child in 2 weeks. We are trying to find a kind of digital/video baby monitor that has 1 camera we can point at his crib, but with two receivers/video monitors that way we can each have one? Or to put one in our bedroom and one downstairs. Does anyone know of something like this? Thanks.
