Hey guys
I have just had my beautiful twin daughters 2 weeks ago.
I love my girls to bits but Im just feeling self-conscious. I have no time to do exercise because of my girls and i wouldn't really want to leave them for long. My husband says im crazy and likes me like this. I have gone from a size 8 uk to 12-14.
I just wanted to know if there is anyway i can get the weight off quickly without leaving the girls?

yep, breastfeeding burns up to 500 calories/day, and that's just feeding ONE child exclusively from the breasts!
as well, there are yoga videos that actually incorporate your babies into the poses, so you are working out AND spending time with the kiddos!
and if neither of these is a fit for you, just remember that there is always time.
your babies will get older and more independent, giving you more time to focus on yourself, AND your body (provided you eat fairly healthy/monitor your caloric intake) will go back to a closer version of its previous self, all on its own.
